Our NQF3 Building and Civil Construction (SAQA) learnership not only allows qualifying learners to gain access to the formal construction industry. It also recognises any competence that employees have already gained.

Notably, the range of skills that our learnership imparts is transferable to other areas of training and fields of operation. This provides a basis for further learning in the construction industry.

NQF3 Building and Civil admittance

NQF 3 Building and Civil Construction learnership admittance requires competency in:

NQF2 Communication
NQF2 Mathematical literacy

For recognition of prior learning, learners’ competence in both the Fundamental and Core areas of learning will be assessed. Learners who demonstrate competence against all criteria, against which prior learning is measured, will be awarded credits. They will not be required to repeat learning in those areas where prior learning is recognised and accredited.
