Plant operator NQF2

A NQF2 Construction Plant Operator (SAQA) qualification via Tjeka denotes competence in the operation of critical construction plant and equipment.

Investing in a Tjeka-trained operator yields substantial returns and long-term benefits. These include increased productivity and improved safety. This is because well-trained operators are more efficient, completing their tasks with precision, resulting in faster completion times. They also know how to operate expensive plant correctly to avoid damaging it and reduce wear and tear.

Learners entering the programme must have attained a General Education and Training Certificate with NQF1 Communication and Mathematical Literacy.

The qualification may be obtained in part or whole through recognition-of-prior learning. Skills and experience will be assessed against the assessment criteria and specific outcomes contained in the relevant unit standards.
